EVERY Time we go in looking for something specific, we end up finding things that are in such great shape and priced so right, that it is hard to pass up! The employees are always helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that recently I needed to return two pieces that I had bought the day before that didn't fit my daughters, they had accidentally taken the tags off, but kept them with items and bag. I was purchasing $100 More in merchandise but was told since tags were not on items that i was returning, I couldn't even get a store credit toward the Many Additional items I Was purchasing. I know there are certain policies, but I had just been there less than 12 hrs. Before and shop this location frequently.. I Do think it could have been a manager decision to keep a loyal customer happy...something you may want to allow your managers to make decisions on.

I will never go back again. I came in here thinking I was going to get a decent amount of money for my 3 pairs of shoes. Waited for an hour and was told only $3.90 for my Gwen Stefani shoes. Nope. I will go to Craigslist to sell my stuff. Wasted my valuable time. Consignment shops are a ripoff! They are just like the pawn shops!

Very helpful staff. Clean store, and a great availability of items in all sizes. It's been mildly busy every time I go, but not so busy I can't shop comfortably. My favorite part is the coupon text system. Give them your phone number and you can get coupons on your account to use until they expire. All in all a neat, organized place to get cheap gently used clothes

They offered me $8.05 for a practically brand new pair of coach clogs. NO THANKS! And for items to be second hand they charge a lip too much.

It's amazing what is considered in fashion versus what's in the shelf. New items...skinny jeans was told not in good condition????
