DO NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER TO YOUR HOME. They have a very unhelpful excuse of a tracking system. first they ship through fed ex or ups only to transfer your package to usps but dont tell you you the actual tracking of any delivery service until its been a day past the action. USPS leave your package at the mailbox even if thats outside unprotected. they send you the wrong date to expect your package only to get it stolen outside. I live in west La a calm area but if a package is in plain sight and its December you would think they would try to leave your package at the door. There is only six apartments in my building by the way. After trying to find my package their website says sorry these things happen wait 3 days maybe it will show up. if you are going to ship to your home you need to call first and verify that they ask for door delivery or signature. I still have not found my package $100 worth. Will not be shopping through them anymore.
