It looks like a dump. Random styles, types, and brands of clothing are all packed in together. I wanted to exchange a dress I bought in the wrong size a week ago but couldn't find more like it in the random piles of clothing. This is NOT the Penneys I grew up with. Both cluttered and overwhelming. Long lines. I put down the few items I found and left. Will not be returning to my utter dismay. :(

Places like this are the reason why people are shopping online now. Everything is mismatched and misplaced, stuff on the ground, items in low stock, the entire store is a basically a mess. Not to mention lines are long and frustrating, not enough employees. Don't come here unless you really have to, there are other stores in the mall.

My experience with JCPenney's on my last visit was , there were at least 10 people in the line . There was one cashier and three employees that sorting clothes at the same counter for about 5 min and one was a manager. It wasn't until I requested a second checked that the manager provide one . I feel that when the manager saw how long the line was , It would have been good customer service for her to put on another cashier without being asked to do so.

My dad invited me to go shopping with him for our Los Vegas trip, at first I wasn't going to go because I don't usually shop there, but I'm so glad I went with him, because I found everything I was looking for at a super discount price not to mention it was name brand clothes like Nike wear...I'm a satisfied customer..
