At first I was happy with this place that my mother was placed in for rehabilitation. However once you peel back the layers you see what's really going on here. There were 4 staff members that were nice. Stephanie, Lauren, Erica and I believe her name was Shawna. Other than that the rest of the staff treats you as if you are invisible. You could stand at the nurses desk for hours on fire and they still won't acknowledge you. I'm sure these people are underpaid and just simply don't care however you picked this job so do it. The patients are all in wheel chairs, most slumped over. The hallways smell like urine. You walk by the rooms to see naked shriveled up in fetal positions elderly people. Show them some respect and pull the curtain so they don't feel humiliated by people walking by. The floors, the walls everything is disgustingly dirty. Tiny knats flying all over. Staff arguing over what their job is and who is doing what and who isn't. It's a sad place and I really don't know how they are even open

Living former resident of this facility and many others in The Last 5 Years I must say this comes in a close second next to the care or lack thereof provided by Silver Lake Rehabilitation Center. Best facilities treated like a prison residents are not residents their numbers on a page nurses provide great care and follow up with the doctors but the administration yet again makes this place has to be something that it's not it's a state-run facility and the state doesn't like to pay for anything. The administration and ignorant unknowledgeable and disrespectful two current residents treating them like their children instead of adults that need care like every weather facilities are outside Therapy Program because it has nothing to do with them is superior. You're giving the impression that you're a burden to the administration and the staff you're isolated by wing barely noticed call Bells go unanswered yet again in this facility hanging at Google photos makes this place look like a five star hotel. All of these facilities one positive reviews then maybe they should do positive things in their communities

Very good quality care and nice staff. One of the girls really gets to know my mom and theyre like bffs now!

Please no one go here or put someone here. My grandfather was in here he had very bad dementia so he didn't know what was going on he only wanted to be home. This place treated him like garbage left him would not help him when he needed help nothing. He had fallen out of he's bed had hit he's head and then when he was put on stretcher, they dropped him off the stretcher after that he had got sicker each week and then had to be put on thickened liquids and weeks later had passed. Place sucks please needs to be shut down.

I interviewed with the D.O.N ( Mary). for a RN position. She was so friendly and down to earth. She gave me a tour. Facility was very clean and well manicured. Every thing looked in place. I think it would be a nice place to work. My rule of thumb is... I do not work any where that I would not recommend to family and friends.
