This company got rid of DR Connell! The most caring doctor I ever had.   They just care about the revenue!   I would never use this office again!

I see Dr. Connell and Dr. Litovsky. Great caring people and I would never go anywhere else. There are, however, too many patients in this practice. They need more providers.

I've been a patient here for a almost a year, and the first time I went everything was great. That was the only great experience I've had here... This last time, I scheduled my appointment for 9:30am, got there at 9:15am.... Great magazines made the wait almost bearable, however after completly going through the entire magazine and noticed that over an hour had passed, the waaiting area was now packed and still nothing. I guess being a DR. office it makes it OK to just let people sit. Customer service doesn't really mean a thing. Does anyone else wish they  could send the Dr. office  a bill for wasting my time. This placed has to many people running around chatting and not enough people helping patients. Customer satisfaction gets an "F" from me.
