This is a very well run Urgent Care. It was a Monday night and not too busy. I was seen within 10 minutes of completing my paper work. The PA on call was quick to respond to my medical problem and did a complete overall exam. Today the clinic called to see how I was doing. Great place.

I wouldn't even rate this place a 1 if I didn't have to in order to explain. They charge $125 up to $250 just to be seen and none of it goes toward your bill after insurance. If you can't afford it, they refuse care ans will not bill you.

I went it for pneumonia in May and not only was the nurse practitioner incredibly rude, but also I told her I had chest pain and I waited an hour before being taken to a room. (No they were not busy)

I just called this afternoon to find out what happens if you can't pay the $150 (what I was charged in May) up front and if they could refer me somewhere that doesn't charge quite so much to be seen. Most professional staff will give you a reference in the interest of helping you. Whoever I got on the phone's response was "oh I wouldn't know. I don't work there."

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the money or the time spent just to be treated rudely.

I always have a wonderful experience here. My daughter seems to complain about ear infections on the weekends and after hrs so I find myself here a lot. It is so nice to be able to have my daughters seen when I need them seen. I have never had a bad experience and everyone is always very nice.

If only I could give ZERO STARS! I went for the first time on Friday 6/9/2017 about 10:30-11am. I went to the front desk and gave all my information and was told I have a $75 copay and I have to also pay $50 towards my deductible, I said fine but I don't think I have to pay for the deductible. The lady said yes you have to pay $50 each visit until it is paid. I was in to much pain to argue so I paid $125 on my debit card in one transaction. I was seen by a very rude doctor who instead is seeing a person she saw me as tattooed trash! After I left I went online to my insurance company to see if I had to pay anything other then my copay, turns out I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY THE $50. So since then I have been going back and forth trying to get my $50 back! The insurance company has also been calling and getting no calls back! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS URGENT CARE AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO HERE! STAY AWAY!!!

They were very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would definitely use again if needed.
