I have delivered two of my kids here and I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else. I went in today to talk to Dr. Snyder and he was absolutely helpful!!! He cared about how I felt and kept taking the time to check back with me to see if I was okay. With my two pregnancies, they were never ever rude always polite and the best part, understanding if you needed to change your appointment. I went to Abington with my first three and did not have a good experience. The doctors at St. Marys show concern and are there for you! I could never repay him for today and the appointment I had!! I really just wanted to jump up and give him the biggest hug!!! And I also like that they advise you to meet each doctor just in case the doctor you choose is not available during delivery. So then you can build some type of relationship with each one and get to know them all. I cant express how much I love this practice.

My girlfriend uses this practice for her yearly checkups, and when she became pregnant we chose them as the OB. All doctors were absolutely wonderful and understood her needs and wants. When it became time for our son to enter the world, the care and understanding was hands down the best. I would recommend this practice to anyone that asked.

The worst obgyn office i jave been to some of the doctors ar great some arent. And the staff is just unprofessional. Talk about money why have they raise their fee up to sign papers or put a signature on a form from 10 to 20 now thats crazy. The way wait time was also horrible when i was pregnant i would get there ahead of time and not be seen until almost an hour this has happened multiple times. I see im not the only one that experienced this. Dr Cook is awesome though she performed my c section.

I have been seeing the doctors at this office since I got pregnant. They all are amazing except for the office staff. The office staff are the worst people ever. They are not willing to help patients in any way. My insurance ended on 06/30/2016, as my company had shut down suddenly due to some circumstances and I was 37 weeks pregnant at that time and my due date is on 07/27/2016. My marketplace insurance is not effective until 08/01/2016. Luckily, I got medicaid and I was able to enroll under keystone first. I had not got my id yet but had my access number with me. I called the office to schedule an appointment and they said that they will not schedule me unless I had a keystone first id with me. When I called the medicaid office, they told me that every provider should accept the access number and should be providing services until the ID arrives. I called the office back and the staff were very rude to me. They told me we are not going to schedule me unless I have the ID and also if I am willing to self pay then they will see me. When I asked the office staff if they can schedule me now and then bill later as my ins was effective 07/05/16, they said they are not going to provide me with free services. They also told me that if I won't get prenatal care now at their office every week, then none of the doctors who work in this office, will deliver my baby. They also told me that no other offices will be taking me in since I am already 37 weeks. When I asked them to help me, they told me that the only way to see a doctor in their office is by paying $125.00 for every visit. They were really rude and never trying to help me. They don't care if the patients are treated or not. All they care is about money. I would not recommend this office to anyone, only because their office staff is extremely rude and not willing to help the patients in any way. I have gave this office 1 star because of the wonderful doctors who work there. I hope they replace their office staff with people who are more warm and caring.

The wait time is horrendous. I got here at 3:45 incase I needed to fill out paperwork. My appointment was at 4. I wasn't called back until 4:30. At 4:56 they tell me the doctor had to go up to delivery and did I want to wait. I left and will never be coming back.
