Dr. Werner is absolutely wonderful!!! We have two dogs who could not possibly be any more different, our little one loves everyone and everything and would go anywhere, our big girl can be a ball of nerves and barks when she is scared causing many people to think she is aggressive when she really is one of the sweetest girls you would ever meet. Being military we move and worry when it comes to finding a new vet, Dr. Werner and her staff are so wonderful, we had nothing to worry about. Anyone looking for a caring vet who actually listens AND is highly intelligent, look no further, go to Lansing Veterinary Hospital!!!!

This vet office is a joke, I called in with a emergency, and she told me there would not be a doctor in the office all day ? What kind of vet office has no doctor all day, so Im assuming everyone else just came to work to sit around and look at each other ? Will def be finding another vet ! Not professional at all.
