I ordered the fried chicken dinner and a blue cheese salad.  The salad came with tartar sauce.  I told the "waiter" about it.  He basically told me i was wrong because he had just taken it out of the bag.  (I am a chef and have been making and eating blue cheese dressing for years.  Blue cheese does not contain pickle relish.)  He said he would get me another salad, but his tone indicated that it was a favor.  He brought the right dressing the second time.  When my food arrived it was ice cold.  The corn and potatoes were dried out, as if it had been sitting on the steam table for hours.  The chicken was cold too.  After the way the "waiter" acted with the salad I didn't want to make an issue with it.  Practically every table had dirty dishes on it while he flirted with some female customers.  I saw him take tips off the table without even taking a single plate.  Any real server knows this is not okay. I decided to review instead of confronting.  Will never visit this unit again.

We went on Valentine's day, restaurant wasn't busy, we were seated right away, server was nice and friendly, took our order right a way but took a long time for our food to come out. Apparently they must have had only 1 cook because I saw people leaving after waiting too long. We ordered 2 omelettes and another egg and meat plate, coffee, hot chocolate and soda came to $50. Way too pricey for a breakfast meal! Food was good.

Of course they always have a great selection and great food. I was particularly impressed when a few very small things were wrong on our order, and they very quickly and nicely fixed the issues. Their staff was incredibly friendly and helpful I would absolutely recommend this location if you have a choice!!

This location seriously sucks big time. I understand they only had two servers tonight but damn. I came in with two family members and my 7 year old. We were seated quickly,  but three tables that came in after us were served and left and it took close to an hour for us to actually see our food.  I'm never coming here again.  How embarrassing.

Everytime I've been to this IHOP, I've had good food and good (sometimes great) service. They're open 24/7 and the quality doesn't degrade when dining after-hours. With Denny's closed, IHOP is the next best value in the N Academy area. I'm always happy to go back!
