My last visit was not good. There were two families, waiting to be seated, chewing on the manager for lack of service or not getting the attention they thought they deserve in a timely fashion. Manager tried to explain all the dining room staff, but one, called off that night. He told us it will be ~15/20 before we could be seated due to the lack of help. We went to another restaurant, but, before I left, I suggested to the manager he share the phone numbers of the employees who called off, with the grumpy moms, so they could share their indignation for lack of service with them.

Every time we attempt to come here we have horrible service. Last time it was an empty restaurant and we had to ask for refills. Tonight we ended up leaving because they couldn’t sit a party of 6 because someone had a meeting in the room with all the big tables. This is just a couple of the problems we have had here. We stopped ordering from finneytown all together because our pizza was almost always wrong. Or they had forgotten something. I use to work in a restaurant. There isn’t any reason for some of the way the pizzas come to us. I mean half the time it isn’t cut all the way through. The manager doesn’t care.

Ordered salad and 3 dressings, came with zero dressings. Asked driver where is dressings, he told me that everything was in bag. I throw the salad, I can't eat without dressing. Thank you for lunch that I grow away, I pay 10 dollars for delivery and tips. I m done with you guys for good. Most frustrating is that I can't call in store.

This was my childhood LaRosas still my favorite place when I'm town we came to eat back to back Days loved our server I believe her name was Ashlea H. she provided the greatest costumer service you ask from a server she is a great server and I recommend her to anyone who goes there to dine in she  Definitely goes the extra mile to get you great food quality and provides you with great costumer service me and my wife love her service and makes want to come to this LaRosas more than any other one we've been to!! Food was great and was decently  Delivered fast and the only problem we had was the first time we went we got a pizza and it was dry and Ashlea H. mentioned to us usually people ask for extra sauce witch we didn't do so that was on us!! I usually don’t leave a review on my orders but tonight it’s well deserved. I Oder from Finneytown all the time. Tonight the pizza turned out the best I’ve ever had from this store. I really wanted to give kudos to those working there tonight that put there hard work in to my families food. It definitely showed. Thank you to all who are working hard though difficulties with staffing. Your effort is very much appreciated and noticed.

First time back in 10 years and happy to see food and service are still top notch.  The restaurant has expanded to include more seating for larger groups.  Love their hot sub sandwiches.

Fantastic LaRosas! Can’t say enough about the service. Friendly and very understanding to a groups needs. Lunch was very good, 1/2 sandwich salad and chips for under $9. Love the kettle chips.
