Horrible service and food. I stopped eating at Domino's last year due to cold and burnt food. I thought I would give them another try because I seen a commercials for something new that looked good on tv. Wanted to try the loaded Tatar told. Placed a pick up order around 6:15 with pickup time 6:40 got to location couple minutes early looked at board and didn't see name on board but received charges on credit card. Spoke to staff about order said it was not in system gave order number. Was told it was going to be another 15 or 20 minutes because they were busy and short staffed. I tried to give benefit of doubt due to situation at hand. Returned in time from what stay said and got order the crust on pizza was over cooked on thin crispy crust barely had any toppings and cheese was burnt. Was looking forward to trying the steak and cheese tater tots received my order and the potatoes were over cooked and barely any topping what did get they burnt the cheese. Very disappointed with food and service again at this location. No use in going back to complain about food because you will get same results that they don't care about what they are putting out. I will not be giving domino's anymore patronage.
Ordered at 1:51 pm, the food was delivered at 4:09pm. Called this location because the sub was dry and old. Everything was cold. The manager was extremely rude and didn't care to even make things right about our order. He said that customers don't understand that they are understaffed or about the weather conditions. We understand maybe you should hire more people to work and deliver and pay them right. Judging by the manager's response, I wouldn't want to work there either. Reported this location to corporate.
Order placed at 7:15, website said it would be ready at 8:20. Arrived at 8:20 and order hadn’t even been started. Waited until 8:45 and asked if I can just cancel as I had somewhere to be at 9:00. Staff responded with attitude about them being short staffed, which I understand is not their fault. They wouldn’t cancel my order, I never received my order that was placed, though I was still was charged for it. Do yourself a favor and get papa John’s across the street.
Called to cancel my order…. It has been overnight 50 minutes in the prep status and wasn’t moving. Called the store… first time sat on hold 10 minutes. 2nd time I was hung up on 3rd time was a charm and I spoke with Shane. He was complaining that customers don’t understand being short staffed and bad weather. I just called to cancel and that was all. He was extremely rude to be and was rambling on about the economy and people are lazy etc. THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY ORDER. Then proceeded to tell me that he was happy I canceled. I went to give him my name and address and he said “I have called ID I don’t need it”! Very disrespectful and rude and he’s supposedly worked there for 12 years. The manager Scott needs to manage Shane lol. Luckily my order was refunded right away back in my account but I promise I will never order from there again
Utterly appalling service. The first time I had a pizza take 2 hours excluding delivery - I went to the store to pick it up and it wasn't even made yet I thought it was a fluke, but it keeps happening.
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I usually order Papa John's which is just the next light up. However today my husband wanted to try Domino's.He placed his order around 6:30pm it said the order should be DELIVERED at 6:50pm. We didn't get our order until 8pm. And to make matters worse the pizza was cold we had to reheat the pizzaand the driver had the nerve to act like he had an attitude when he dropped it off. This was my first and last time ordering from this place. I wish I would have taken some time to read the reviews before my husband placed the order. HORRIBLE SERVICE & HORRIBLE FOOD
The service was great. I bought a Hawaiian pizza. The ingredients were horrible. Pineapple was old, limp without flavor. Fresh ingredients please!...and don't blame it on covid or anything else! Just use fresh
Entire family was sickened, including my 3 year old. manager hung up on me. Waisted $50 on dinner and had to spend another $50 to provide dinner from somewhere else that night.
Rating the pizza: It's dominos so yea it's so/so Rating the customer service: There aren't enough negative words to properly describe the experience you'll have at this store. Absolute JOKE. Abysmal. Their manager couldn't care less either. They answer the phone if you are lucky, as soon as they assess it's a complaint you'll here, "can I put you on hold?" then you'll never be able to get an answer again. I ordered a pizza from here at 8:59pm on a Sunday w/ estimated 23-33minutes for delivery. The pizza was delivered at 11:40pm that Sunday night. Almost 3 hours later. After an hour I called the store 7 times with no answer. They were closed on Monday so I waited until Tuesday to call only to be put on hold. I called back 14 times no exaggeration with no answer. I waited until the afternoon at 4pm for a lazy voice to tell me "there's nothing we can do call your bank to get a refund." Call my bank? For a PIZZA ORDER??? We've lost. I get it man you probably don't love being a store manager of a Dominos but you are and therefore you have a job to do. Least you could do is do it RIGHT. Also Dominos app sucks and they just move blame around til you get tired and stop chasing down a refund. Just order La Rosas like a good Cincinnatian and leave these Pizza Chain jokes to the poor saps who don't know any better.
I feel very uncomfortable writing a bad review during a national labor shortage and global pandemic. I am also a small business owner and was raised by restaurant owners. My husband worked in a pizza shop for 11 years. But this is the final time I can be disrespected by the staff at this establishment. We live less than .3 miles from the store. Tonight's order is ridiculous. We ordered online for delivery since I'm home alone with a small infant. I called when I saw the long wait time and was going to change to pick up for my husband on the way home and add a soda. The store informed me that the order had already left. 42 mins later we call the store and ask why we have seen the only driver pass our home TWO times in the last 30 mins. We ask the store manager how the routes are tabulated and if he can guarantee our food to be warm and fresh. He doesn't apologize or give us any help. Says eh... it depends... wow. He says give him a bit he should be there. We ask again how our food will be? He says... shouldn't be too bad- I mean should be fine... wow. The food is still not here. Absolutely not okay. Even a small I am sorry we are understaffed and we apologize for the wait. Literally no understanding or kindness. Then they end the phone call by hanging up not even saying goodbye. I'm just shocked. We lived in Manhattan for years and the customer service was better from the worst joints you can imagine.
