Ordered LG Classic Trio hand tossed pizza. Either the pizza oven temp was too high, or the employees on duty forgot about the pizza. The crust was very close to being burnt on top and bottom.  The pizza was edible, but I could taste the burnt flavor of the crust. I was disappointed. The salad was great.

I usually order from the Fairfield location but chose this location because they close at 11pm.  With my luck as soon as I open the box I see the pizza has a strand of hair on one of the slices  I need a refund asap

Absolutely do not order delivery from here, they outsource delivery to door dash, it took them an hour and 20 minutes for door dash to find a driver for my order, pizza came cold and the door dasher made me go out to their car to pick my food up after she honked In my neighborhood at 10pm. After we got pizza remade it was delicious, staff in the store was okay. Definitely not my first choice for pizza in the area. Do Better Donatos

Soda machine filthy, let my pizza sit in the window and get cold while I sat in dining room waiting to eat. Had to go ask for it. While trying to enjoy my cold/warm pizza there was a lot of screaming and cussing coming from kitchen. Love Donatos but will not be going back. Going to contact corporate

I would avoid delivery from this location. Driver forgot an item on my order. He said he would go back and get it. I waited an hour, and the driver never came back. I called the restaurant, and they asked if I could come get it instead. I explained that I had placed a delivery order and it should have been delivered, repeating what the driver had said. They adjusted my order and removed the item, which is fine, but definitely was frustrating that the driver lied. I had a cash tip for the driver as well, but since he didn’t come back, he didn’t get his tip. :/

Donatos will always be my favorite pizza. The staff were very courteous and kind and ensured our orders were correct. Pizza tasted great like always, and their calozones are small but also very delicious. I'd come back every week if I lived in Ohio again. Unfortunately I live in Florida and Donatos does not exist there.Food: 5/5

I ordered a delivery order at 6:00 and by 7:30 no one showed up with my order. I called and my order had not been made yet, I then turned it into pick up. My order came back totally different than what my order was. They were suppose to give me a $15 credit for the delay and did not. So aside from my order never showing up, then being totally wrong I didn’t even receive compensation. Their service is so terrible and has been for so long. How is it that they keep getting away with that when people spend their hard earn money for this! I will be making a formal complaint to the better business bureau. Whoever owns this Donatos on Winton Rd in Finneytiown should be reprimanded for this consistent incompetence.

Called twice about pizza now an hour late. The first time it rang through three cycles and somebody picked up the phone and immediately hung it up. I waited 10 minutes and called back again. A guy answered and said they didn’t have a driver. The order would come by doorDash when a DoorDash driver took the assignment. I said I wanted to cancel the order since it had already been half an hour. He said that was fine, but then said they didn’t have an order matching my phone number. The email they sent doesn’t say what the phone number was so I don’t know if I missed keyed it. But when I said the email didn’t say what phone number I ordered it under he just hung up. Didn’t try to look it up using my phone number or my name, just hung up without saying another word.

I placed an order online for delivery. After waiting over an hour for my order I called the Winton location. I explained I had been waiting over an hour for my order. The manager responded with I know we don’t have any drivers we’re not doing deliveries only thru DoorDash. I said your website took my order and money. He responded with I can come get it or he could refund me my money. He did not seem to care I had been waiting over an hour for this order. They could have called me after the order was placed to tell me there was an issue but nobody called or anything. They just took my money.

I don't know why I decided to order from here again. Don't order for delivery unless you allow at least two hours before you would like your order. I placed my order at 6:29pm for a 7:45pm delivery time. It supposedly left the building at 7:24pm. When I called door dash at 8:10pm he said my order was 20 orders away from being done so he was assigning it to another driver. Called to cancel my order but that's a joke because nobody picks up unless you want to place an order. Don't use this location.
