I have ordered from pizza huts all over Cincinnati and every single time my pizza is messed up or it has pork in it when I specifically tell them not to. This is the only location that has consistently made very good food without messing up my order. Breadsticks, pizza, pasta, you name it and it’s all on point!!! This is my favorite location by far

For big, juicy, HOT wings…forget BW3 and go to Pizza Hut!  This store cooked my wings fresh and to perfection.  Staff was very pleasant!

I was frustrated that the app was not working, so we order inside.  The lady at the register knew nothing about the app and online, and she advised me of such.  She was pleasant and took my order.  I got my order very fast! The pizza is ok, but I live for the breadsticks.

Tonight my order was messed up and even with them having to deliver through door dash the manager made sure he corrected the mistake and had it redeliverd with no additional charge and gave bonus cinnamon rolls for the inconvenience..I believe he went above and beyond because he could of simply only offered a credit which wouldn’t of feed my kids TONIGHT… So for that I’m thankful and appreciate them A Lot!

These are my 8 wings I ordered with the pizza hut box. Paid 23.00 for these popcorn  wings. I will never go back to this pizza hut.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 6:15 pm not too late nor early it said it’ll take 60-70 minutes which I can wait for. Three hours later it haven’t arrived so I called customer support to get a refund which they recommended me to call the store which I did, but they didn’t pick up for 30 minutes which is around the time I stopped even calling. Never ordering food from this place ever again

The pizza was great, but they did manage to mix my pizza up with someone else's. We simply went back to get it fixed, and they were on it. Super friendly and understanding people and they already knew what we came in for when we went back to get it all fixed. Great food and great people. I wish I was in the mood for the food more often

Ordered pizza for my son at 7:30pm. Unfortunately Doordash delivers their food. 8:30pm no food. Called Doordash picked up my food but never came. So they made my order over and said they would personally deliver.  10pm still no food. They close at 11pm.my husband went to see what's going on at 10:15pm. Apparently everybody coming up there and has not recieved their orders today. I will never order from them again.

The general manager is very rude and unprofessional. My order was wrong and the pizzas were under cooked where my woman got sick and couldn't eat the only slice she tried.
