My negative experience at this location boils down to my encounter with an older employee who works mornings (generally). After shrinking a new sweater to a toddler's size, she yelled at me for pointing out that an error had been made, as if she felt personally attacked. Not only will your property be damaged at this location, but you will be berated for even mentioning a problem.

This is a great place to do your laundry. During the day it gets busy and hard to find washers available. Morning tend to be the best time for less busy. The staff are great.

I would like more jumbo machines and maybe a decrease in cost it's pretty expensive compared to any other around me but machines are great it is fairly clean can't say for the bathroom though and there's no place to sit very uncomfortable.

They keep their establishment clean. The machines work efficiently and they have a lot of them. I love that its 24 hours. The staff is courteous and respectful.
