The staff is friendly some speak very good english and even the ones that don't understand what you're saying. My laundry is always clean and perfectly folded. They pick up and drop off which is convenient. One of my favorite perks. The place is clean.

Never had a problem here--can't say the same about their in-house service, because I've never used it. However, their delivery service is affordable and great. I use them regularly.

WORST!!!! DON'T GO!!! owner is psycho does not understand English. when she doesn't understand you, she immediately yells at you. Her machine was broken and kept on running and running. I showed her, she said she'll stop the machine immediately so I asked her to stop when most of the water was out cause I didn't want to run my laundry for the fourth time. She did not understand and wanted to stop immediately. So I asked her to please listen closely and stop when all the water was out. Then she stated yelling and didn't want to help from there. If you want to have a good fight, go there but if you want your laundry done in peace, NEVER GO THERE. Even had to made consumer report because she was throwing my laundry on the floor at some point.. VERY BAD PLACE. Machines are old and dirty too...

The employees at this laundromat epitomize unprofessional. The worst member of the staff being the elderly woman who works in the evening. She is aggressive, abrupt, and screams at customers over problems caused by unmarked out of service washing machines, grime, and faulty dryers. On three occasions I have watched this woman scream at customers when they bring broken machines to her attention and today she pulled the same behavior on me! I have lived in the neighborhood for ten years and have never encountered such awful service from a local vendor. If you live in the area avoid this laundromat like the plague! If leaving no stars or negative stars was an option on google reviews this laundromat would be a perfect place to exercise that on. Side note: there is no such thing as hot water here
