Unfortunately, they do not handle delicate items right such as underwear, sweaters and workout clothes. Most clothing should be washed in cold water and dried on low heat.  They have the ability but don't want to adjust the machines. This is not the place that you should go if you care about taking care of and preserving your clothes.

My husband and I have gotten our laundry done here every week for the last 2 years. Staff is very friendly. They have never lost an item of mine and I have never ended up with someone else's laundry mixed in with mine like I have at other places.
