I’m Still Trying to get my Brothers FireArm Back From Fish and Wildlife Police Of Central N.j. It Apears that they Either don’t Have it in there Evedence Room And about a Week After My Brother Commited  suicide Near a Very Popular Lake . I Called Them a Week afterwards to Retrieve The Pistol Back To me Because the Warrden/Police Told Me When I Called Last Year after being told the FireArm Needed To Be Kept In Evedence per the District Attorney. It’s Been a Year as of January 28th ! I started Calling thier Offices And Have Not Got a Straight or Truthful Answer from the Officers Telling Names Of The Captian McCoy That Handled my Brothers Case And Would Have To be the Only One that Can Help Me !  A Month Later No Return Phone Calls, That’s after Speaking Other Police or Office Workers Either Way Not 1 Return Call ??? My Next step Monday Morning to Start From Any And All Of The State Police And Government !!!   I Sold My Brother His Gun Years Ago So I got All I Need to Prove that I Owned His Gun And Were Brothers.
My Next Steps will be taking this to the Governor Of N.j.   Anyone Who May Help His Family Retrieve the Springfield 45 cal. Pistol.  Thank You, Matt Sr.
