I am very happy that I chose NeJame Law to handle my car accident case and I am very happy that Sandy Pattersack was my point of contact. I have a very busy work schedule & she worked with me to accommodate. Someone met me at my office to go over the paperwork & fill it out. She set up appointments for me with a recommended chiropractor, handled everything with my insurance company/medical bills in the background, & kept me updated regularly via email as I requested. The process was extremely seamless & didn't add any additional stress to my life. It basically felt like I had a personal assistant helping me through every single part of the process. Once treatment was over, Sandy was able to negotiate a settlement much higher than the initial expectation & also helped get my medical costs reduced. The end result is me very happy. Thank you for making this stressful event in my life easier to manage.

I called  NeJame Law after a slip and fall where I was hurt badly( the worse day of my life).
They sent a case manager out who took my information and left. A few days past and I did not hear back from them so I called and they forward me to an attorney and her assistant. 
They said they have to review my case will call me back, they said that I need follow up the a doctor and I told them that I did not have health insurance. She said they will help me find a doctor. 
AGAIN I did not hear back from them.....so I started calling different doctor offices to see who who see me. Finally I found a doctor and got all the information and called my attorney and let her know that the doctor would need a release in order to see me. After a few days the doctor's office finally got the released and called and schedule my appointment.
A month later after not hearing back from my attorney I called her to find out how my case was going and she said that they have to wait until my therapy was finished in order to start a case. I asked her if she got the video recording of my fall from .....  and if she spoke with the witness and her answer was she cannot until my therapy was done. After my therapy was finished, I called my attorney to let her know I was still in a lot of pain and she sent me to a doctor who kept canceling my appointments. So I called my attorney and I told her that the doctor was canceling my appointment and she suggested that I get a job to get insurance so I could see a doctor that will provide the services I need. 
It took me a few months, but I finally got a job and insurance.
It's been over a 6 months since anyone contacted me with the exception of the last 2 months I had a different attorneys assistant contact me. Apparently my attorney and her assistant is no longer with the company and no one bothered to contact me. 
Now that I have insurance I scheduled an appointment to see the doctor to find out that I cannot see the doctor with my employment insurance it has to go through my attorney.  I am so stressed out and I need to find a different Law Firm that will work for my case and not me working for my case and then charging me

I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good thing, therefore, that I can do or kindness I can show to any fellow human being let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it; for I shall not pass this way again. Please be blessed, always.
