Very nice park and excellent staff, we only needed a spot for the night, gentleman was very helpful and host made sure we were settled  in, will definitely stop here again.

Very nice, reasonable, clean bathhouse, many permanent residents. Staff was very cordial, friendly,  and helpful. Just like everyone in Tennessee.

We really liked it here.  We stayed for 8 months.  It was great!  Quiet and peaceful.  They have decent bathroom and shower facility with a laundry room.  We recommend Lazy acres.

Wonderful setting nestled in the mountains; very quiet and comfortable; very clean showers and restrooms; due to an overflow we were placed at  an electric hookup adjacent to the restroom/shower house at half-rate - which was ideal for us. Thanks to Andy (USMC) for helping us settle in.  We will definitely return.

Beautiful campground for the views and the laid back atmosphere. Not great for kids. Basically retirees and full time campers. It's clean with a great shower house and laundry.
