Very knowledgeable staff can fix things other rv shops cant.  I recommend them highly prices are very reasonable also

Waited for months for them to just tell me when they could BEGIN work on my RV. Not happy.

A bit slow on service if you are in a hurry.  Don't always have the part you need but they can get them.  Only place in town so little choice.  I drove to Camper's World which was a mistake.  They gave me number to mobile tech service that was great.  It's a small place convenient when in Gatlinburg.  Great for supplies but definitely cheaper and quicker service available if you look.
