Classy hotel in historic Morristown! For starters, this hotel offered a bit more free perks in the lobby than most, including an actual coffee bar with refreshments. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully appointed while the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was convenient and within walking distance to the downtown area, which featured a plethora of great bars, eateries, and restaurants with great reviews. We had difficulty just choosing a place for dinner, but whichever place you go, you're not going to be disappointed. If you don't feel like leaving the hotel, there's a great Caribbean-style bar and grille in the downstairs area, which was a nice surprise and a welcome change from the usual continental-style restaurants most hotels have. Overall, it was a great experience and a comfortable, quiet stay.

As always seems to be the case with Best Western, we found clean rooms, comfortable beds and courteous, friendly staff. But this location took us up another notch with a great in-house restaurant. After travelling many hours that day and on the way home after seven weeks on the road visiting national parks and family, the thought of going out again in the cold was a bit depressing.The American/Caribbean menu offered us enough selections to to stay in the hotel for dinner. Then it was topped off the next morning with an even greater live omelette station. This was our last stop before driving home. What a nice way to end our trip. Thank you.

This hotel was an unexpected delight. We'd chosen it purely for its location, a stopover on a long car trip. But it turned out to be one of the nicest memories of the journey. It's an old-fashioned building with old-fashioned decor, but everything is in beautiful shape, all new and clean. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is one of the best I'm encountered in a Best Western, with cooked-to-order omelets of a high quality. Best of all was the restaurant, with Jamaican food made from fresh ingredients. (I'm no expert on Jamaican food, so I don't know if it's authentic, but I know it was delicious.) And the presence of a live trio playing jazz and American songbook standards made it a surprisingly lively and sophisticated venue. I highly recommend this place.

Last night I stayed at Best Western Plus Morristown Inn! The decor was so comfy and home like that I immediately felt at home. I very much appreciated the breakfast that was included in my room! I had a veggie omelette that was cooked to perfection! So fluffy and light! I also has bowl of fruit. The staff was so helpful and courteous. They showed me the gym and the restaurant called Hibiscus! I will gladly be back whenever I'm in town again!

They provide free cookies and hot drinks at the reception when you come in! The rooms are well-appointed with a big chair and lots of condiments for drinks. Comes with fridge and TV. The free morning breakfast buffet includes make-on-demand omelettes and waffles! Awesome! The fitness center is a little small though, it only has 2 treadmills and a combo machine. Nary a dumbbell in sight.
