This place is my home away from home. It is the most encouraging place I have ever worked out. The opener Lindsay knows everyone by name and makes sure to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated for coming to her gym. I have lost over 40lbs and 20 inches coming here in just seven months!

One of the greatest gyms in the city I've visited. Instructor lead and many different levels of exercise that works for everyone.

One of the greatest personal gyms in town. I love this place and it's a perfect environment for all those trying to stay fit. The instructors know what they are doing and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is working out for you. I would recommend LB's to anyone trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy living.

Rick's strength training class is awesome! It's an easy to follow, full body workout that is fun and engaging. Everyone that works out here is super nice and it's a very fun environment.
