I walk in the door and can feel the positive energy immediately. Staff very cheerful and friendly. Attention to maintaining cleanliness appreciated. Love the aquatic classes and many other classes available.

The management is a joke! I've made now 8+ phone calls to management and still have yet to get my problem resolved. I want to cancel, I moved out of state and no one will get back to me. I was told to send in a written letter, I did so early September, now October, no word back. The staff is and management is rude, I never once felt welcome as a member, hence why I rarely went, plus the hours were awful! The cardio space was always hot and the towels to clean the machines were always soaking wet and gross. The clientele was also a joke, I've had to change machines due to guests smelling so strongly of marijuana that it was affecting my work out and I've seen a female guest shooting up heroin in the locker room. Three plus weeks is ridiculous for a still un-resolved issue! Only plus is the women's only center and the classes!

It isa nicely eqipped facility. Gets crowed on occasion. Not a overly freindly environment.
