Member for 3+ months I would love to give Orange Theory a 5-Star rating. The workouts are fantastic and I find the trainers to be very knowlegable and motivating. Everything you want from the workout experience. The technology - heart rate monitoring - also inspires me to work harder as I receive immediate feedback as I go through a session. There are some negative aspects to the experience right now, though. I am only one member, so weigh my comments against everyone else’s, but I’ve experienced several issues. First, the heart rate technology is motivating only when it works which for me has been sporadic. I have basically resigned myself to enjoying the workout versus the tech. Secondly, the organization of the entire operation leaves something to be desired. At times there has been poor customer service, largely due to what seems to be confusion by the staff. They have had a lot of front desk staff turnover since I have been a member. Lastly, they have made changes to the class schedules (cancellation of the Sunday noon class) without sending out notices to members. Most recently, they cancelled two noon Saturday classes (not the entire day, but one class two weeks in a row) because they rented the gym to a local high school swimming team. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t do this after regular class times so as not to impact members. I received an apology from the staff when I called to inquire. Overall, this is a gym with a lot of promise because the workouts are so great. However, $79 only gets you eight (8) sessions a month and I am starting to wonder if the benefits outweigh the expense.

I've been an Orangetheory member in Florida for over 4 years. The staff at this location was so welcoming. I used the shower facility after the workout since I was on the road. It was so clean with plenty of space. Bath towels were available as well. It was a great experience!

I highly recommend. This class was so good! I love how much I’m pushed in a group setting.

Awesome workout! I get stronger every time I go and I love the fact that members encourage one another.
