Dee urbanas claimed to be excellent with short hair......not so much. She cut 2 months worth of hair growth, which is a lot when you have short hair. I told her I hate thining sheers, and I believe that's all she used.  Plus, I told her I wanted to keep my hair growth around my face to shape it. She used the clippers with the guard upward, as she reassured me she had a guard on it.  Cut all that off, she kept a tiny bit of side burns.  I also wanted all the longer hair platinum for contrast and told me we couldn't do that so she foiled. However when I got home my hair looked blue and gray, not platinum at all, she cut my bangs to short and thinned those out to much.  Now I'm back at square 1 trying to grow my hair back out. She didn't blend it, instead it looked like huge chunks were thinned and there was a lot of space between that and the ends of my hair. Oh, and she said she had to go shorter to even it out. She didn't even it out at all. I wish I could go back to before the appointment and have a change of heart.  My only saving grace was lemon juice and conditioner. It made it more of a regular blonde but blended the hair she didn't dye with the hair she did.  Oh and I loved my V tail on my neck. It's natural, but can be emphasized more with the right shave. She she decided to shave an M to make it look more feminine. Didn't ask, she just did it! I feel bad for posting this review, as she is super nice but I thought I was going to get a 5 star haircut and dye. Not so much. I still tipped as I usually am a tipper regardless of service.

I had an appointment with heather at loft 16 for 11:15 this morning. I kid you not I get a text at 10:25 saying she won’t be able to make it because she is sick. I understand things like this happen, however, I have had this reservation for over 2 weeks and prom is literally in 6 hours. I texted to request a recommendation and still have not received an answer. This is a complete setback as I was already on the way when I got the text. Wouldn’t recommend if you need your hair done.

Amanda in loft 8 was amazing! This was our first time visiting today. She did a great job on my son's hair and he absolutely loves it. Amanda is super sweet, and has a great personality, and a great attitude. I will book all of my son's future haircuts with her.

My hairstylist, Miranda Gottes, works here in Room 21 and she is by far the best stylist I've ever had. I've been seeing her for 5 years and she has always known what I wanted and encouraged me to explore hairstyles and colors I wouldnt be able to anywhere else. I've come to love my hair and feel so much more confident, all while having some of the best pricing and conversation I can find from a freelance hairstylist. Go here. Go here now.

I have been looking for a salon for years that I love and I have found it. Dee Urbanas has done a fabulous job on my hair. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! She is amazing!!

Lindsey in Loft 15 is awesome! I love talking to her about our dogs and family. My daughter and I love getting our hair done by her. My favorite is when she did my hair in different colors when I retired from the Air Force. I was finally able to have fun colors in my hair. She has been keeping my daughters hair platinum for almost 3 years now.

Lacey Lannom in loft no. 18 is fantastic. I have curly hair which can be challenging to cut, but she started the appointment by sitting with me and asking what I want, then we made a plan of the best way to cut my hair. It felt like she was genuinely adjusting her cutting technique based on my request, and then I ended up with an amazing hair cut because of it!!
