Went with the '5 for 20 deal' as I was explained it was the only deal worth doing as I live in Troy not Fairborn, my girlfriend lives in Fairborn. At the second visit with a different employee which was weeks later, I was forced to buy goggles. I was told, I quote 'i can't not buy them as there is 4 cameras on me'. On the third visit with another employee I was told I need to purchase a membership because I signed a form which said the deal is for only for 5 consecutive days in a row. Anyone with common sense or health conscious in the slightest would know that tanning every single day, particularly as a newcomer is not only ignorant and irresponsible but downright dangerous.

I never signed such a paper, when I explained this the employee could not find the paper I supposedly signed. She said I quote 'i can't be bothered to look through them all.'

I wanted to receive what I paid for or a refund as she continuously tried to bully me into getting a membership. After a long time she said she would give me a refund, but then retracted that, saying I had paid over 30 days ago. She then repeatedly told me my only options were to leave or sign the paper and do my last 3 consecutive days.

This occurred on Wednesday 27th Dec in the evening. I forgot to get the name of the person I spoke to but she was obviously higher up then a regular employee as she was training somebody when I walked in and was not in my vicinity when I walked out. She was one of the older employees with dark hair. I hope someone higher up in management will read this and act appropriately. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life and I will be telling everyone I know who tans about this experience and to never go here.

The atmosphere is pleasant and the employees are nice.  That is why my rating is 3 stars.  I was completely satisfied until I tried to cancel my subscription.

Why it takes "20 days" to cancel a contract is beyond me.  I get needing to have notice to cancel a subscription but to tell me it takes 20 days to go in and delete it is absurd.  I work in the field that many of these systems run off of.  I am fairly certain that it does not take that long.  If it does, it may be a good idea to upgrade systems.  I would rather you just tell me that you want me to pay for another month because I didn't cancel in the 10 day window.  I would have taken that much better.  That is a total big company corporate policy I would not expect from a small business.

I got an airbrush tan and the entire experience was awesome. The salon provides a great, clean atmosphere and the employees answered all my questions since it was my first time getting an airbrush. Above all else, the tan was a great color that lasted for a good amount of time. Definitely would return!
