Wonderful experience! I got a full set, they got right to me, the man was so thorough!!!! Made sure my nails were perfect!!!!! Very lovely salon. They had so many colors to choose from and I found the exact color I was looking for. Very fairly priced! First time I’ve had my nails done in 10 years. Will definitely be going back

Was a bit iffy on going here. But when I got there, they immediately got me AND my sister back and started on us. The only bad experience I had was the lady trying to talk me into getting gel and I kept telling her i didn’t like it. After that it was a good experience, I told her the colors I wanted on my nails and she painted the tips of my nails and I wasn’t sure what she was doing but as she continued, I seen what she was doing and like it so I allowed her to continue. I wanted the whole nail painted but her idea was a lot better. She was very nice and I will definitely be going back the next time I want my nails done. Also they are cheaper than any other place that I have been to.

I am thoroughly disgusted that this place is even open. Horrible customer service which I personally don’t care for because I know that’s how those people are. Felt very rushed and my nails came out a little uneven. A week & a half go by & I begin to feel this excruciating pain under my nail bed. Remove the nails and my finger is swollen, red, and painful to touch. Didn’t realize how much pain and discomfort a nail infection could cause, stay far away from this place!!!

Not really that great of service. 
Polish came off (not of my doing) within a couple hours of leaving NY Nails.
