The first time my husband and I went here he got a fantastic cut. The second star is for that haircut! My haircut, however, was awful. It was all one length, very uneven, and about 5 inches shorter than I had asked (I even showed her with my fingers how short I wanted to go). The next time my husband went in, he came back with a horribly uneven haircut. It was so bad we ended up buzzing most of his hair off when he got home. I would not recommend this salon.

Stylist do NOT listen to what you want and cut your hair beyond repair!

Teresa did a good job with attention to details. Despite I've been to different Great Clips franchises before, my info is not on the database. But Teresa is able to tailor my haircut accordingly.

I've always had great service here. I use their app to check in early. This saves a lot of time!
