Our company began in 1994 in Columbus, Ohio with two movers and a handshake. Since then we've completed over 100,000 moves. We expanded to 4 new cities in 2013 and 2016, including Cincinnati. Moving around every few years is not fun at all. The moving companies are supposed to lessen my worries but somehow they keep adding to it. After trying several different big shots, I came to the conclusion that there is no better moving company than LEADERS moving and storage. Their prices are very competitive and the customer service is unbelievably prompt. The movers are all very experienced and friendly. Dakota & company(apologies I don’t recall the other employees name) took very short amount of time to finish the job, which is really cost effective. They delivered  timely and made sure that the inventory list measured  up. I have found my perfect moving company and I am never going back to the other thieves.
Going forward I’ll definitely use them again , & have referred them to others. Thanks again for the prompt & professional service.

I spoke with Jason who took a list of the items we had to move and quickly provided me with a guaranteed price for our move. The day before the move, Leaders called to confirm the move time and the list of items. On the day of our move, Travis and Dakota arrived exactly on time, were courteous and polite, and worked efficiently moving our items through the house careful of both the items and the surfaces in the house. It was evident they have experience and are familiar working together. They loaded the truck careful and met us at the destination. They unloaded moved our items in with the same care they had showed earlier and we continually conscious of make sure we were satisfied. This is by far the best residential moving experience I have had.

Travis and his crew were great. They were very personable during the process and efficient. They did not put the furniture in a position to be damaged and were proactive in discussing any concerns.  Really appreciated knowing the specific price going into the day with charging by the piece. Great job from start to finish!

I called Leaders because of all the positive reviews I read and I was glad that I had them do my move. Everything went smoothly. Jason and Tim were great, very careful with everything, very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Leaders to anyone needing moving services. I especially like the way Leaders priced the move by the piece. Thank you Tim and Jason.

They were on time, were efficient, kind and extremely good. Travis & Virgil we’re excellent. They had a bit of a problem with a large couch, but worked efficiently to solve it and moved the couch. Overall very good, would use them again and will recommend to others.
