Was waiting on a closing but they want a deposit I told them need to move on Friday send several emails that it's for me a confirmation. Someone else already booked my time frame with a new customer. When I looked at the reviews here I understand the poor customer service and lack of communication

I called them the day I needed items moved and they accommodated immediately.  Met with me the same day, gave me a quote and I was moved into my new location within hours.  They were very professional, polite and handled my furniture as if it were their own.  Matt and his team seriously helped me out in a bind and I am extremely appreciative.  They also offered to move my stuff around within rooms for a layout that I desired.  I would certainly use this group again and would recommend them to anyone.  Thanks guys!

I am very excited to be all moved into my new office. Ray and Brett at You Move Me did a great job!  They were courteous and very accommodating. They wrapped my furniture in cellophane to protect it from nicks. Hon furniture is very heavy, but the two guys moved large pieces quickly and safely.  I had trouble finding my Groupon code, but they were very patient. Thanks You Move Me!

I met them at the Home and Garden show at the Duke convention center.  I took time to talk to the guy at length.  I arranged my schedule to be home from work for them to come give me a estimate for an upcoming move.  I spent about 45 minutes with the guy while he was at my house.  He said he would have the estimate to me by the end of the next day via email.  I never got an email.  Checked my junk mail, too.  I’ve called twice and left a message.  No response.  They are for sure not dependable.  They seem so nice!  People sure can be deceiving.
