Our move from Cincinnati to South Carolina went smoothly. This was the first “not done by yourself” move we had done, so we were really green about the process.  Randy and our relocation team helped hold our hands through the process. Our move was a partial house, so the our lead, TK, made sure we went over everything that did go, as well as what stayed behind.  The moving crew arrived on time and in spite of the snow and slushy conditions, kept our house clean.  The furniture arrived sooner than we had thought in SC which was great.  Again the moving crew was great and left our new house in great condition. Our original relocation contact needed to be changed and our new one was great about keeping in contact with us.  We need to move the second half of our house next year and plan to use Planes again.

My move went extremely well. They did a good job packing marking the boxes extremely well. The truck driver came the next day.  Loading went well. Delivery arrived as scheduled. I will not say enough good things about the driver. Professional, friendly, amazingly efficient and helpul. A real delight.

Exceptional service.  Very respectful of my belongings and careful of my walls.  Drew led a great team.  They liked working together and looked out for each other, which made for a very positive experience for everyone. It was a complicated move with some very heavy objects, some fragile items and multiple delivery stops.  These are professionals, from Susan who quoted, to Jeanie who coordinated to Drew and his team who did the heavy lifting.  Planes is a first class operation.  We couldn't be more pleased.

Superior and professional movers.  Our original consultant was very knowledgeable with her estimate of trucks and crew members needed,  as well as the time for loading and unloading.  Then our on-line contact person continued to follow up with thorough customer service.  The crew was friendly, energetic and very careful with our belongings.  We definitely had a very positive experience and would recommend Planes to anyone moving inter or intra state.

Perfect move.  Greg was excellent.  No damaged items, no damage to our home.  Would highly recommend Planes and Greg!
