Great business and good fair owners and management!

Our experience started off great.  We felt very supported and informed about the moving process.  We were assured that with our flexibility we could arrange for pick up and delivery within our desired window.  Thankfully, we did not put any money down before moving forward.  The next week we were told that to have our pick up date set the week we desired it would cost $1000 more for storage.  In addition, the delivery date could not be guaranteed, despite moving to a building with set delivery times for elevator usage.  When we expressed our concerns and said that we would prefer to move ourselves, we never heard another word from them.  After many seamless moving experiences in the past, this one did not meet our standards.

Not at all impressed with them. I asked for a free quote using their online system. Instead they sent an email telling me what to do.

Yes, you heard me right, their email said in big bold red letters that I should UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DEAL WITH ANY OTHER MOVING COMPANIES.

What happened to selling yourself instead of trying to trash everyone else or scare people?
