Went to get my daughter a softball bat was greeted as soon as we walked in.  The guy that greeted us had went and got a man that knew about bats.  Chad helped us tremendously.  He let her hit with demo bats for as long as she wanted answered all my uncle's questions.  They didn't have the bat in stock that she wanted but gave a great deal on the demo bat.  Will definitely go back the next time.  Couldn't have asked for better customer service.  Thank you for a great experience for my daughter.

Horrible company!! Took 2 1/2 months and STILL have NOT received my complete order!!!! I contacted the “manager” Tim to stress my frustration that it had been 8 weeks and I hadn’t received my sweater for football season. He stated that during production my sweater had burned and they never made another one. He then said he would refund my money and have another one made( which he said would take one week) and then he would send it to me. Here I am 15 days after we spoke, I send him another email stating that it has been another 2 weeks without the item I originally purchased and he said “I’ve done enough I refunded your money but they are still waiting for it to be made” 
Save yourself and the frustration that comes with it and go to a small “mom and pop” shop that could get what you need done in a timely matter and probably cheaper!!!! Don’t waste your money or your effort on this company! Their employees have bad attitudes and act like you are the problem!! Also football season is now over so the item I ordered BEFORE the season even started didn’t even come in during the season!!! Total joke of a company!!
