Very helpful staff with a wide variety of running clothing and accessories. Running experience definitely not required for fabulous service here. I witnessed several non-runners get full attention to their questions. One lady stated clearly that she just needed supportive shoes for her long hours of working...the employee analyzed her walking gait, then offered several options to try on.  Definitely a store that will get my continued business.

Friendly and helpful staff and a good selection of running shoes to fit your support needs. Though I found their in-store selection lacking for folks with thinner feet, they have the ability to order special sizes/fits to the store for you. They also carry running apparel and a variety of socks to help runners manage their plantar fasciitis. Overall a great experience!

Such a great selection and even more amazing service. Hayley is the best! Thank you for all the time you took to help me find the right shoes. I recommend this place to everyone.

Best place in the Baltimore area for running shoes, gear, accessories, etc. Online may at times be cheaper, but they have enough on clearance and sales throughout the year that can easily earn some savings back. You'd also be surprised how quickly you hit the $250 mark in points to earn $25 in credit. I've also participated in their training programs, which have been stellar too.

Employees are all very nice and extremely helpful. I came in to have them make recommendations on a new pair of running shoes. They watched me walk, jog, run, etc... and then recommended multiple pairs of shoes. Never did they push me to purchase any of them nor did they try and up-sell me. Just wanted me to have the best shoes for my feet and running goals! I'd definitely go back here again to purchase shoes and running gear.
