The service has always been awful. However, the final straw was when I called to make sure they had my shoe size and model. The girl at the desk said yes they do and they’d save at the front for me. I drive 30 minutes and when I get there another girl asks ‘who’d you speak with because we don’t have that shoe size’. I confirmed with her I dialed the correct phone number. This store is the worst! I’ll run barefoot before I go back to this store

Visited the store today and was impressed by the experience. The customer service was impeccable. The willingness of Elvira, Andrew and Josie to ensure my wife and I were fully informed about the best shoe for us was astounding. The amount of information we were provided had me a little apprehensive about being able to leave the store with out purchasing a pair of shoes, but was quickly dispelled. I would recommend anyone who would like to understand their gait and what shoe would be most appropriate for them to visit the store nearest them.

My family has bought shoes here for the last 5 years.  Unfortunately the last visit was a disaster.  Five people working in the store with 2 customers being helped with shoes.  We waited about 15 minutes to be helped with shoes.  Byron finally looked up my wife's last pair of shoes, then measured her feet on a machine and then offered her 3 pairs to try on.  He said that if those didn't work he would find the pair that would.  That was the last time he engaged with us.  Then another lady came by and essentially had an argument with my wife about her arches and said there are no other shoes they could offer us.  Really?  We were astonished.  No one offered any further help.  Wow!  I am a VIP member and have really enjoyed this store in the past, unfortunately with this staff and management, we are compelled to take our business elsewhere.

Pushy and way too aggressive sales associates; first it was the VIP program pitch, then their special socks, followed by their totally unnecessary Shoe Dog fit machine that rendered inaccurate size  measurements with an eventual attempt at custom orthotics. It was an insulting experience for a very knowledgeable, veteran runner who just wanted a pair of this year's edition of the new Brooks Ghost 10 without all the hassle and high pressure  sales. Couldn't wait to RUN out of there!
