Reviews

I only use the exercise room. It’s tiny and patrons are often loud. Ellipticals have no ledges for reading materials, even an iPhone. And it’s too hot. Decent pool. I prefer the exercise room at High Ridge.

In addition to being an excellent neighborhood facility, this is a GREAT Silver Sneakers location! 

It has an excellent workout room and friendly and helpful staff, but best of all are their Silver Sneakers programs.  Having just retired and finally having my own schedule, I can go 3 or 4 days a week for assorted exercise and fitness classes.  FINALLY, classes where the music doesn't deafen and the instructors don't scream over the microphones.  The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging without being pushy.

My very favorite is the YOGA STRETCH class at 8:00 AM Wednesday morning.  It's absolutely worth getting up for!  That should give it a rating of 6 stars.

I have been going here for 20 years and it is a amazing place staff are great everything is clean and they put in new floors on the basketball court my favorite place in the whole world

It was very disappointed experience, I went to enroll in July 24. During the tour I started sweating the air conditioning is not good and once I finished the tour there was a member in the registration area complaining about the temperature that she can't stand , asked to turn it down the temperature!! I told them I have to think about it they offer me 3 days free trail I made sure to ask about the childcare before any thing else it was my first concern they told me you can keep your daughters in the childcare during your trail visits for free and I'm 100% sure ,it is not easy for me as a mum of 2 kids under 2yr to go there.
But in the next day when I went their at 9:30 morning they refuse to let my daughters enter the childcare zone they have to be members first !!! It was really disappointing.
It was the 2nd week of July so they have offer if you register in any Saturday in July you will get 0 entry fee so only you pay the 77$ monthly fee and when I went it was Saturday so l lost that chance because what they did in addition to that I lost the 2nd week of July ,if I enrolled next Saturday july 30 I have to pay one more time 77$ after 2days  in AUG 1st .
