I've been a member of the XSport Fitness family for half a decade now if not more, I know a lot of gym family members here who have been members since they came around from the start. Great environment, friendly and attentive staff. Personal trainers are some of the best in the state. You can't go wrong with this one. The chain offers multiple locations in multiple metropolis cities (in case you're a frequent flyer or a guy/gal on the go) which is why its a great gym chain. There's some locations that have been freshly built and some that have been renovated, overall I'm pretty sure they have all the equipment you couldn't fit in your basement or work out room but wish you could. They'll take care of you here. Go online and try a 7 day guest pass if you haven't done so already, and remember to make the most of your work outs and experience everything this gym has to offer. Have a great work out.

The swimming pool is always too warm. Today it was almost 85.  That might be good for loafers but not for swimmers. I joined shortly after the club opened and was told the water temp would be 80. Somehow management now thinks 84 is the right temp.I suggest 82 would be an acceptable compromise. Probably wishful thinking.

Overcrowded and overpriced for the lack of quality. Equipment is rarely maintained and always broken or not properly functioning. Equipment is also always dirty. Your money is better spent at another establishment.

Rowing machines are constantly broken practically every visit, StairMaster machines make strange clicking noises, most all treadmill TVs aren't working right. I don't feel the cardio equipment is safe to use.  It's sad I remember when this gym first opened it was first class. I Guess my membership dues aren't enough to get one issue free rower to use. mean while there are 5 rowers locked up in the Xit room?
Bottom line is I would not recommend this gym to a friend and my wife and I will not be renewing our memberships.

They have great deals for new members to get 10$ a month sign up for basic gym use. I didnt give it a 5 because They do press pretty hard for you to get a trainer even of you don't want one, depending on the employee who signs you up. However they're locker rooms are spacious there's a wide range of equipment and if their equipment is damaged or broken there are numbers to text to inform someone from the comforts of your work out
Amenities: large locker room with showers. sauna, pool, hot tub, basket ball court, upper and lower level of equipment, a drop off play area inside for kids, T.V at every cardio machine, out classes (for extra cost), a spa (for extra cost) for the basic 10$ a month you get ALOT
