Thanks for all you do for Iowa jiu jitsu, Mark! Your instruction style is excellent and you do a great job of answering questions from both the advanced guys and the beginners without losing folks in the process. That is rare. Great seminar on Sat!

Great atsmosphere and training.  I dropped in for a class and everyone was nice and welcoming. If you live in the Niles area a definite must.   Huge mat space and even has a gym.

New Breed is the greatest place to train Boxing, muay Thai, and Brazilian jiu jitsu. All the coaches here hold outstanding accomplishments and have an outstanding amount of knowledge. If you want to learn from the best come down and see for yourself.

I have been a member here for close to 3 years now. After giving birth to my 3rd child losing the weight became harder and more of a chore. I needed a change. I stumbled upon New Breed on Google and immediately emailed the gym. Hopeful and excited I started working with Sam. He changed my life! I had never been in better shape and healthier. I wouldn't have thought this was possible after my 3rd! My expectations were not only met but exceeded. Last year I became pregnant with my fourth and continued to work with Sam during my pregnancy. I'm back full time with a 3 month old. I have no worries or doubt that I'll onece again be in top shape in no time.

Excellent training facility. Top-notch instruction. If you're in the area, this is the place to train! I have been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 1.5 years and I have recently visited here and trained there several days while in Chicago - I looked up the school online - all good reviews on Yelp - I called, left a message and they called me right back and invited me down. All of the instructors and the students that I met were friendly and helpful in teaching me. Real down to earth people. Highly Recommended.
