Really lame rules about bringing guest with and how the age thing works, they rather let someone come alone who is 16 and above so they pay their own membership plus the annual fee rather then letting them come with older sibling who has black card who can actually bring a guest with them. Kinda rip off in a way so if you have younger siblings I suggest someplace that cares for customer then money

A couple of employees are nice & happy to see you, but they have no trainer to help with a workout routine or help with equipment. If you know what your doing your fine, but if you need help you might be in trouble.

Decent and clean equipments just enough to really keep you in shape but I do, however, find a problem with some Attitudes with some staffs over here. Just to be fair, I do find other staffs friendly enough to brighten up your day but it's just being counter-acted by some moody employees often reluctant just to say a simple hi or hello or at least a smile specially when greeting. If they don't like to interact with people entering and leaving the gym, they should probably think about repositioning their reception desk somewhere else except the front entrance, perhaps in the back alley if they want. I am being generous here by giving 4 stars but I could give this joint right here with 1-2 if I have to. This 4 stars stars might change if they don't do something about their ways on greeting and dealing with customers.

I love Planet Fitness! The gym is always clean and and the equipment are great.
