The windshield wiper motor went on my wife's Honda Odyssey and I needed to get it replaced before the next winter storm. I called the Lee Honda store in Auburn at 4PM on a Friday before the long New Years Eve weekend to see if they had the part in stock. I explained that I was in a bind and was hoping to do the repair myself the next day when I had some free time at home. Unfortunately, they were out of stock. The fellow in parts could tell I was disappointed and offered to order the part for me to arrive the following Wednesday. When I explained that I needed to do the repair over the weekend, he offered to check the system to see if any other Honda dealers had it in stock. When no other dealers had the parts available, he gave me the number to Napa to see if they could track the item down. I took him a while to do this for me and I thought it was exceptionally good service. I'm very grateful for his efforts - it reflects well on the dealership that they have people in their employ that go out of their way to help, even when they aren't necessarily going to make a sale that day.

From the second I drove on the lot in my death trap Josh and I started talking like we've know each other for years. Everyone there treated me like family. They really listened and understood my situation. They are miracle workers, they will go the extra mile to help and gain your service. And it's not just the sales rep and the guy that crunched the numbers, it was the guys who prepped my car too. Every single worker wants to make the customer happy. And I gotta say after yesterday this happy customer will be coming back.
