I found my Subaru Outback on CarGurus through Real Deal Auto. Emailed with Kevin for a couple of weeks (nearly 60 emails) and set up a loan before I even saw the car. He answered all of my questions and gave me all the information I needed. I finally traveled 1 1/2 hours to see the car and it was better than I hoped. Excellent customer service from Kevin, Moe, and the team. They even put a little extra gas in it for my trip home. Very pleasant experience and I love my new car 😊 Thanks, guys!

2nd car bought from Real Deal all through the website. First car 2001 VW Jetta VR6 site unseen and had absolutely no issues with the car so when it was time to shop this go around this was my first stop. Ended up with an absolutly beautiful 2014 Jetta with 60K miles on it....its just a baby! Thank you Kevin and Moe for making the car shopping experience super easy. Going forward no questions where i'm going to be looking.

Edit: to anyone Complaining about service and not being taken care of I call bs. Shortly after I bought the car had an issue with a non inspectable item, called Kevin amd he hooked me up at his cost with free labor....saved me 600 bucks. Thank you Kevin.

When I first arrived to look at a car, I have to admit I was on guard, ready to get the car dealer treatment. Kevin, the owner, was very willing to work with me and let me take my time looking the car over without the typical dealer treatment most places give. When I decided to buy the car, he was patient and helpful explaining the paper work to me. A few weeks after I purchased the car, the power steering line broke and needed to be replaced. Kevin worked around my schedule and made sure it got fixed, even though by the time I could make it to the dealership it was past the 30-day warranty I had. His mechanic, Dennis, was very friendly, and let me follow him into the garage to look at the car on the lift, and explained what had happened and why it happened. After it was fixed and I arrived home, I noticed that the line had the same issue it originally did. I called and got it fixed the same day (a design flaw for the year and model car). I would highly recommend Real Deal Auto Sales to anyone who is looking for a great priced vehicle and excellent service. Thank you Kevin and Dennis for making the car-buying process painless and headache-free.

Kevin you were awesome at selling me my 2009 ford escape. .not only was it more than I expected but the price and the time and effort you put into helping me get into the car I really wanted was amazing..thank you so much again ! And i will be seeing you for any work I need in the future!

Real Deal is a to notch company, with great product. Love to stop in at times to view the cars on the lots and find them very clean. seems to be very selective to bring the consumer the best deals with great pricing.
