Lee Govender made my car shopping/purchasing experience fun! After an initial misunderstanding via text to the general facility, I went in to the showroom and was luckily greeted by Lee. He took care of everything swiftly (including getting my car of interest brought up from Westbrook), and did it all with a good sense of humor. Jim in the finance office even made that experience light hearted and as fun as that situation can be. I would definitely do business here again - but seriously - I want to enjoy my new Escape for as long as I can!

Greg was very, very helpful as I was researching a lease on a new Tiguan.  He was very forthcoming with accurate information and even offered to bring the car by my house so we could test drive it more easily.  I would be very comfortable recommending him to anyone who is interested in personal, clear and transparent communication.

Horrible customer service after you buy something.  I traded my car in and called to cancel my tire and wheel insurance on the car that I bought from them.  Do you think they would return a phone call after multiple times NO.  They are very good at taking your money but definately not on returning if it's owe to you.  Becareful dealing with these guys.

Third time I have had my car serviced here. The guy who checked me out didn't tell me anything just the total. I had to go in and ask for the location of my car. It was pretty far from the door. The first time I had an ok experience last time I booked a bigger package than she would give me so I could save a few dollars....but I wanted the extra and signed up to spend the extra money and I would have got a car wash thrown in. Seriously if you work here do you have to be less than satisfactory in the customer service area?

My fiance and I leased a Hyundai through Rowe Auburn.  It was a great experience.  We had to do most of the communication via email due to our work schedules.  Our salesman was Alan Hall and Gregory West was our finance manager.  They were honest and up front and they responded to my questions quickly and accurately.  On the day we went to pick up the car, everything was ready and the process was quick.  From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience and I intend to use them for my car buying needs in the future. I recommend that others do as well!
