We got two cheese steaks and tried the corn beef egg rolls. The food was good and the service was helpful. JD which I'm assuming was the manager was running the register. My wife asked if they could make her onions well done and he guaranteed they would be. Unfortunately they were not. I give credit to JD for having solid consumer service. He did everything he could to make it right and apologized. We didn't want anything from him other then just to know his cook lied to him... it's good and fast food you should definitely try it if your in the area.

Went there for a quick bite to eat and boy was I surprised! The place was spotless the food was great and the service was excellent. Being my first time there, Samir the sandwich artist helped me pick exactly what I was in the mood for through his knowledge and friendliness. Looking forward to my next visit. Now that I’m thinking about it, I may just get up and go today.

Change of recipe lately for the Chicken loaded fries. Used to be boneless wings or tenders cut up, they were delicious and almost made you overlook paying the  $10 every once and awhile. But I’ve had them twice recently, once Monroe and once in woodhaven, each with Popcorn chicken. I mean, heavily processed chicken nuggets that doesn’t have real meat. If I wanted chicken bites and fries I’ll go to Checkers and get them for $7 cheaper : the people are super friendly but this is just a quality issue.

Lefty’s advertises as a place where everything is done right. More like where everything is done wrong. Our visit was started off with a pop machine completely out of ice. Diet Pepsi and Pepsi were both flat. Sierra Mist was just carbonated water with no flavor. Food order was messed up as well. Restaurant was dirty and some of the furniture was falling apart. Felt bad for the one employee who was doing all the work.

Went to this location ordered a small Lefty's cheesesteak that was advertised on the stack of menus on the counter for $9.29, and to make it a meal with frys and a drink it would be 3.99 more. Well cash out and I was charged $10.49 for the sub and $4.99 for the "make it a meal". So then I ask the kid for a side of the pepper relish, he says ".80" more WHAT?!?! lol This location has been the worst, not only false advertising prices but its only 1pm and the bathrooms have NO SOAP AND NO PAPER TOWEL EITHER. Good times. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOLKS Jersey Mikes has cheesesteaks and ALL toppings are included in your price.

We ordered lunch from work. Our corned beef egg rolls were so hard we couldn’t even eat them…waste of money the pops were nasty as well the Pepsi didn’t even taste like Pepsi neither did my co worker Dr Pepper we all agreed never to order from this location ever again

I've never been a fan of cheese steak sandwiches... Until I tried this place. I think it's the way they cook them because the cheese is in literally every bite. The steak is great too. High quality and the 12 inch was just about too much for me. It's nice to see a place open up that's not a typical fast food but the service is fast. Clean restaurant and super friendly people. Keep up the good work we will definitely be back.

Sadly my last weekly visit was today. Food is great. Service has been great. Forgot my mask today. Manager was fine as it wasn’t busy. 100% my fault on that. The blonde cashier on the other hand had a snarky, Captain obvious comment directly to me after the manager had just cleared it up and approved of my being there. No need for attitude and tone after the issue was already resolved. If the manager just said that next time it needs to worn, you don’t need say it a second time with an attitude 20 seconds later.

I received my items through Door Dash and I already reported this with them. First of all, the sub was drenched in grease and the meat was grey and chewy.  I couldnt even finish half of it. But what really upset me was the milkshake I ordered. The top that covers the shake was completely broken and shattered no telling if it was the dasher or the store. What's even worse is the straw was sticking out of the shake, completely unwrapped and exposed.  THEY HAD NO COVER ON THE STRAW. Most places have straws that are covered and/or stickers over the hole on the lid of the cup, but not them. I'll never go back. Ew.

one of the best places to eat! fast and clean service! i love the fried egg rolls! they were crispy and delicious. the philly sub with  the hot peppers on top was  amazing! love their spicy cheese sauce! i also had the buffalo chicken sub which was really good as well! great customer service!!
