Came in today about 2pm. Ordered a crave case and a few other burgers. The queens that took our orders were amazing. They are so friendly and got our dumb order totally right. Spot on. We only eat here once every two years and it was PERFECT. Make sure the staff today knows how amazing they are. 10 stars.
Literally typing this as I wait in the drive through line. Pulled up here at about 6:10pm, 4 cars were waiting in line at that time. I patiently waited an until one moved so I could pull, that took 7 minutes. FOR ONE CAR TO MOVE. Then I pulled in line and we all proceeded to wait another 10 MINUTES for them to finally start taking orders. They then took 2 orders once they started, and have now stopped AGAIN, for now going on another 10 minutes. It is currently 6:45 and I will be lucky to have my food by 7. This place can apparently only take 2-3 orders at a time or else their small brains can’t handle it. This is good service. If you can’t get food to people in 10 minutes MAX, you’re running a horrible service, and that’s exactly what’s happening here. Please feel free to come here to eat if you have AN HOUR of your time to give up just waiting for what’s supposed to be “fast food”
Fast fresh and everything was tasty. I particularly like this White Castle because it seems like they do a great job getting people through the driveway very fast, that says a lot about a White Castle because most of the time the lines wrap around the building and wait times are long. But not here the few times I’ve been.
The girl at the register was very nice, but there was a woman running around yelling at all the employees. While making my sliders, the cook realized that there was supposed to no onions on them. I watched him then try to scrape all the onions off and start to rebox those same cheese burgers.
If I could give this White Castle 0 stars I would. On 11-23-22 we visited this location and waited over 50 minutes in the drive thru line including waiting to place our order, pay and get the order. There is no excuse for this. If you look over at the Chick-Fil-A next door their line moves smoothly and quickly. They have plenty of staff, probably because they are either paid better or treated better than the owner of this White Castle does for their employees. I will never go back to this White Castle location. We will drive an extra 6 miles to the Taylor location. The poor employee who took the order, took the money and gave us the order was very apologetic about the wait. They appeared to just be overworked.
My sliders were cooked quickly and my fries were cooked properly. My order was accurate and the workers were friendly and helpful.Food: 5/5
Ordered the chicken waffles, no labeling or warning telling you it's layered and coated with bacon bits. I eat chicken on occasion but do not eat pork, which of course includes bacon. When I order chicken I don't expect to also get bacon with it. To me that part should be clearly labeled. On a positive note the facility was clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly.
The restaurant was nice and clean but it was really cold inside. The sliders were warm and cooked well. Personally I didn't like them but to each their own. The service was a little slow even though there were only 2 orders placed to dine in. The staff was kind and patient. I did like the little boxes the sliders were served in. The prices were competitive.
Food is usually very good here I would normally rate it a five but today it was cold and old tasting and looking the fries were warm.just warm saltyFood: 2/5
The food was perfect white castle style, it was so clean and fancy inside, and the employees were great and didn't even make a fuss when they had to break a 100.00 bill, and alot of stores dont like doing that anymore.
