Lovely family walk, great at sunset with awesome views over the Rockies. Not allowed dogs, and watch out for the geese at certain times of the year.

Harper Lake is a laid back, less crowded place for a quick walk, jogging or biking. Breathtaking views of rockies from part of the trail around the lake. Dodging goose poop can be a bit challenging at places along the trail :-)

Best time to walk is from 7:45 to 8:45. So is fishing!

It's a great place to walk around. It's a great place to not take your dog for a walk. It's a terrible place for fishing. Whomever said the lake is stocked with fish are big fat liars. There's plenty of crawdads but that's about it. And plenty of Satan's pets, aka Canadian geese.
