Always great service at Les Scwab. Fast, convenient and affordable. Free brake checks, free tire rotation and leak checks. I'm a lifetime customer!

We had our brakes done at a place called the car clinic in Puyallup and they didn't tighten the bolts for the caliper down our brakes were almost gone and we could've died les schwabs tightened the bolts on both sides and the employees even stayed after hours to fix our car they were polite and knowledgeable  I recommend going here if for nothing else but the customer service

Unless you arrive half an hour before the doors open you're looking at a three hour wait.  I stopped going here because I felt that they were unethically pushing to upsell business and their wait times were horrendous.  Customer service however is decent.  Sorry but I won't be back and I haven't been in about two years.

Wonderful customer service. My wife's car was leaking brake fluid while in the Highlands area for a wedding. It was late in the day, but they fixed the car so we can drive back to the Tacoma area by the time the reception is over. The store stayed open late to accommodate customers like me.

The technicians at Les Schwab know their stuff. I took my truck to Firestone across the street to get alignment done, they told me they can't do the alignment because either my steering links are bad, or my steering gearbox is bad. How do you not know which one is actually bad? Anyways, I decided to take it to Les Schwab and they took care of everything and told me exactly what needed to be replaced. Very professional staff!
