Meineke Car Care Center has been America’s local auto repair shop since 1972. Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. Nowadays, it's a rarity to find honest and trustworthy professionals who also understand the value of great customer service. Without going into a lot of detail, my wife and I were about to give up on Meineke - Renton, but if not for the highest professionalism of "Beema Shankar." Seriously, this is a man of high integrity and professionalism that you want to see in any professional. His superiors should know, he saved my wife and I from giving up on Meineke, as he exhibited a level of great professionalism you just don't see anymore. The way he treats the customer, we will be back as long as he's there. And, we will send our friends and all our family knowing they'll be taken good care of. Meineke should be very proud to know they've got a great employee and truly a great person working for them. He didn't just fix our car as new, he repaired our respect for the Meineke name, again. Thank you very much, Beema!

Walked into the shop for a simple brake check, new brake pads! The staff here turn ed around and said my rotors were bad, my calipers were bad, and gave me a price sheet with labor $1,200. I know about cars. I only needed pads. I said thank you and have a nice day. Called my family friend (I'm new to Seattle) thought he would have a mechanic. He recommended his mechanic on Aurora. Went to his shop and it only cost me $120. So is all honesty I hope this is the review that saves YOU! This shops staff and mechanics are not going to do Right by you! Save your self $$$$ and Time!! Don't trust this Shop!

Horrible service. Where to start from? I used to be a customer of meineke for few years. When I relocated from Oregon to Seattle WA I decided to go to meineke closest location. OMG, those guys dont know what is customer service at all! Moment I entered this place all was unfriendly.  Even I said hi, nobody even going to greet me. After I waited my turn in their waiting room I went to counter. The tall guy asked me what concerns I have besides the changing oil, I told him the problem with noise in car, he pretended that he put it in list but in fact he did not. After they changed oil and checked tire pressure they pull out my car.  I went to counter and asked about noise in car. They surprised and said that they have no note in check list. The tall guy who collected information was busy and they did not want to bother him. They said they need to put my car back to pit, but technical employee was going to leave in 15-20 min. I asked to do it. They did but employee left and I waited another 30 min until I finally realized nobody is going to take my car back. I had to go inside shop (because nobody was on counter, it was like 5 pm or so) and ask somebody to get my car. Then employee (Beema his name) returned to counter he said that this is not his job and tech. employee left. This attitude pissed me off, I insisted to have my car back , they finally did. And they wanted to charge for that "second inspection" . Seriously? Nobody ever apologize to me for that attitude. I left very sad. Their waiting room is inconvenient: small, has no restroom, all smell with gasoline smoke.

They changed my oil then told me I need 600$ worth of repairs to my breaks took my car directly to less Schwab to check it they told me all my breaks were perfectly fine well above the 1mm they said I had at meineke. Do not trust anything they tell you you need to do there

I have been to urgent Care more the my share. They've always been very friendly and done everything they can to figure out what's going on and to help me get better. I would definitely recommend.

If you need Urgent Care they are one of the good ones.
