I last visited ABRA about three years ago to have the driver-side door repaired on one of my cars after getting side-swiped by a delivery van. ABRA did an amazing job and I got the car back looking like new a few days later.

Fast forward to today, around 4 p.m. on June 23rd, 2017, this time I visited ABRA to see if they did touch-up paint for a long scratch on my other car.  There was a gentleman on duty that helped me out right away to assess the damage, saw how shallow the scratch was, and immediately went back inside to grab some buffing compound. He applied a liberal amount to the scratch and buffed it out. I couldn't even tell there had been a scratch there. I asked him how much I owed him for the service and he said it was free. 

THIS is the kind of customer service you can expect from ABRA. They did an impeccable job repairing the severe damage to one car, and generously addressed a scratch issue free of charge on the other car. They also worked with my insurance for the first incident so my balance was incredibly low for the repair work they did.

I was really impressed with the customer service I received at ABRA.  They were patient with my ever changing schedule and me having to cancel appointment after appointment.  Mark was easy to work with and even called in a specialist from their Seattle location to come work on my truck here in Renton.  When I got my truck back they had detailed it inside and out!!  That was a nice surprise.  The repairs they did were immaculate.  I highly recommend these guys/gals.

Always have a great experience with ABRA in Renton! I've had my car taken here twice: the first visit was after was broken into for a window repair and the second was for body/suspension damage to my Jeep after a wreck. Everyone here is very friendly, they're informative and provide updates throughout the entire repair process, and my vehicle is always returned in perfect condition on the inside and out. 

Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a shop in the Renton area to stop by ABRA!

I read the reviews and thought twice about coming here. I also took my past two cars the the locations that used to be in this lot and I regret wasting my time coming to this new place. 

If you dont plan on using your insurance, don't plan on getting a quote anytime soon. I need my bumper replaced for the smallest bit of damage, and I was told I have to wait a week to come back in and get an estimate.

 Not even told I can wait at all, it's replacing a bumper, no painting or anything extra needing to be done. You could technically do this quote without seeing my car at all. I would have been willing to wait a few hours, or a day, but a week to just get a quote that would take 5 minutes? I could only imagine how long it takes them to replace a bumper... 

Now I know to trust the rating and the reviews!
