The two gentlemen (sorry about not using their manes) were professional, polite, friendly, and very efficient.  They unfortunately had run into an issue with their GPS and still managed to find us with minimal delay.  They managed to pack our stuff very efficiently under our stipulated time. 

Not only were they very fast, but everything was handled well, and all our modestly expensive furniture survived the trip.  They were very conscious about not leaving any shoe-prints or pine needles on the carpet of our new residence when they unpack the furniture. They were extra careful for not making contact with the wall when they move things up in the short stairway. The final cost came out to be less than the original estimate which was helpful for us to include a small tip. Their customer reps responded fast and were courteous when we contact them a couple of times.

This was the smoothest move, and glad we went with this company. We'll definitely turn to them again in the future and have no hesitation what so ever in recommending them to someone else.

I had them for a pretty basic large item only move. Most of our house was already moved so I can’t speak to that however what they did for me was great. They came in, took a quick look at what I wanted moved and started hauling away! They were polite always using please and thank you which goes a long way! 

And remember not to judge like I did. Stan, who was really nice seemed a bit older and smaller so I was slightly concerned but he was so Strong! I also booked myself close to an event I had so I politely asked if they could help out and do the unloading quickly and you can tell they tried. I also asked them to be careful moving the piano in the front as there is a fragile ledge on my front door and they were very cautious. 

Their rates are standard and Stan did the math exactly right so I wasn’t under or over charged. They also showed up right on time! Thanks again!

Olympic Moving & Storage was very helpful.  They cam and did a walk through, a price, and some excellent information about what a moving company does and how they could best assist the type of move I was needing.  When I needed to change the delivery location at the last minute they worked with me and waited for the new address.  They also worked by the hour so I could hire them for as little or as much as needed to be done.  Overall it was a very positive experience.

I used Olympic moving to move all of my household possessions from the far east side of Olympia to my new home on the Westside. The move occurred on Monday January 29th. I was very satisfied with the process to arrange for the move and was actually able to do it without having to spend the time with an on-site estimate although that is offered free of charge. I sent several photos and that was sufficient for Olympic moving to give me a quote. Three Movers showed up and very carefully packed and moved all of my possessions to their truck. When we arrived at the destination, once again the three employees carefully unloaded every piece of furniture and possessions into their designated space. Upon completion they once again offered if we had any existing furniture we wanted moved. And the final price was the exact amount of the estimate. I am very satisfied with the job they did and have found no damage to any item. I recommend them and would certainly use them again.

Best move ever. Movers were friendly, fast and careful with my things. Estimate was spot on. Highly recommend for any move large or small.
