Vista Ford Dealership is a great place of business. I was referred to Vista Ford by a friend and I am beyond happy that he made the suggestion. The gentleman that helped me at Vista Ford was Steve Paul. Steve was very helpful, knowledgeable, and I appreciate his professionalism during  my time at the dealership. Steve was extremely kind and resourceful in the purchase options available to me and explained each and every detail of the car very well. When it was all said and done - I decided to purchase a 2016 Ford Focus and I’m very satisfied with my decision. I look to do business with Vista Ford in the future. I highly recommend Vista Ford of Woodland Hills for your car needs.

Good experience, Ken the service advisor, did a really good job of maintaining contact regarding the status of my vehicle. Car was delivered clean and drove better then when I brought it in, and everyone at dealership was professional and efficient, shuttle driver was a really cool dude. Only reason was not five stars is because vehicle was not ready by end of the day as promised and I had to rent a vehicle through Enterprise. Vista was nice enough to pay for the rental but I was on my own for the rental insurance, which I didn't realize would be $35 a day. Usually I don't get it because my credit card gives free rental insurance, but because I wasn't using it to pay for the car would not be covered. Last time I rented a car for service rental insurance was $15. The times they are a changing.

This was, by far, the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had.  My salesman, Michael Trovero, was professional from start to finish.  He was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford product line and never resorted to pressure tactics to close the deal.  His management team treated me fairly and went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked into the dealership.  The entire transaction exceeded my highest expectations, so much so, that even after 3 days I am still finding myself amazed at how smoothly it all went.

All our experiences with Vista Ford have been very pleasant. We could not be Happier. A new experience with old time values. Our sales representative is one of best I have ever dealt with. And every one that we have met has been very courteous. And they have a awesome  new show room. Good Job Vista Thank You

Experience was good. Very disappointed with the fact that I can't get my passenger airbag replaced for over a year. My wife will not drive in my car. I feel like I don't need my car. Ford where are you. No help. Very disappointed with ford
